Baby "Isaac"

Isaac - Origin and Meaning of the name

[ 2 syll. i-saa(c), is-a-ac ] The boy name Isaac is pronounced as AYZahK KEY. Isaac is used chiefly in the English language and its origin is Hebrew. The name Isaac means he laughs, laughter. Biblical name derived from the word 'tsachaq' which means to laugh. Yitschaq (Hebrew) is an original form of Isaac. The name was borne in the Bible by one of the sons of Abraham and Sarah; his birth brought laughter and joy to his parents because Sarah was ninety-nine years old when she was informed of the pending birth. The name was taken up by Jews from the Middle Ages. In the 17th century, English Puritans started to adopt the name with some regularity. The name still remains more common with Jews.

Happy Birthday To Me!!!

Another older today. Wondering will my "911" birthday be another exciting day.
Had a black out in Newton when my friends lit the candles on my birthday cake when i was 20.
World Trade Centre in US was attacked when I was 21 while cutting my cake at home.
A nice surprise came from my hubby this year cos he ganged up with my parents and suddenly while i was doing my stuff in my room last night, he suddenly appeared at my room door with the Man U jersey. He's such a dear... rushing to buy my gift although he has been so tied down by our new house and stuff. Thanks a lot dear!
Hubby treated me like a princess today. hope this could go on forever. anyway, gotta wake up from this dream once it's past midnight...
